Today’s game is Hair Dash. The game is still in development and the build included in the bundle is not the final version. The game recently released on mobile in a more feature complete version and this should hopefully come to the PC version soon.
What is there is a lot of fun though. It is a very fast, very stylish action game which is played with only two buttons, one for attacking to the left and one for attacking to the right. Enemies attack from both sides and the faster you can press the buttons the faster your character will dash between enemies attacking them. That’s all there is to it in terms of gameplay. There are two levels to choose from and your character is randomised on every reset.
It’s a fun little game to kill a couple of minutes with and once you get a decent run going it can be quit exhilarating. The pixel art style is absolutely gorgeous and the pirate theme is great. There’s nothing more to say as there is nothing more to the game in it’s current state. I think once the final build is on PC it might deserve a second look.
